Coconut Crisp & Chocolate Chip Blondies

Paleo Coconut and Chocolate Chip Blondie

Ingredients:

5 tbs nut butter (I used almond butter)

2 cups Dairy-free milk (I prefer Coconut)

4 tbs shredded coconut

1 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS:

Yields: 15 blondies

Prep Time: 7 minutes l Cook Time: 25 minutes

Place all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl (nut butter, shredded coconut, unsweeted chocolate chips).

Add in the coconut milk, slowly, stirring throughout. Continue stirring until all of the ingredients stick together. Can add more or less coconut milk depending on desired texture moistness.

Once all of the ingredients are together, mix in the baking powder.

​

Line a rectangular glass baking pan with Ghee or a dairy-free butter. The mixture will be relatively sticky due to the nut butter, so with a large spoon, dish out the mixture into the pan.

​

Place it in the oven on 375 for 25 minutes/to desired crispiness. Remove from the oven and allow to cool prior to cutting into blondie squares.
