NY-Style Keto Bagel

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 cup almond flour

4 eggs

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (or non-dairy) milk

2 tsp xanthan gum

1 tsp onion powder

2 tbs Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel seasoning

DIRECTIONS:

Yields: 5 bagels

Prep Time: 5 minutes l Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

 

Place the dry ingredients into a large bowl, and mix together. Add the wet ingredients: eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly, until there are no clumps from the flours.

The dough should be cohesive. If not, add anther tsp of xanthan gum.

With your hands, form balls of dough from the mix and place onto a large baking sheet, and press down slightly to flatten the dough, and using your index finger - poke a hole in the middle! Once the bagels are assembled, add the remaining 1 tbs (or however much you want!) of the everything bagel seasoning on the top of the bagels.

Place the bagels into the oven, and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until desired crispness.
